1.Deposit Policy

Non-Refundable Deposit: All clients are required to pay a deposit at the time of booking our services/products. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Deposit Amount: The deposit amount is $50.00 and is required to secure your booking/appointment and will be included in your final session payment.

2.Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Client: If you need to cancel your booking/appointment, please inform us at least one day in advance. While the deposit is non-refundable, any additional amounts paid beyond the deposit may be eligible for a refund as outlined below.

Cancellation by Optimise Potential: In the rare event that we must cancel your booking/appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be entitled to a full refund of any payment made for the cancelled session, including the deposit.

3.Refund Eligibility for Services/Products

Services: If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please bring this to our attention promptly. Refunds for services, minus the non-refundable deposit, will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to management approval.

4.Processing Refunds

Refund Method: Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment, except in cases where this is not possible.

Refund Timeframe: Please allow five business days for the processing of your refund.

5.Exceptions

Special Circumstances: Any exceptions to this policy will be at the discretion of OptimisePotential management and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
